Five hand crafted cheese knives, created in our workshop from Australian hardwood. These are available in Spotted Gum and Red Ironbark or a combination of both. Each set is unique and finished with a clear polyurethane. Knife blades are stainless steel.

  • To avoid bacteria it is important that you clean your board after use.

    Hand wash only and never submerge your board in water. Wipe your board with soapy water, rinse and stand upright to dry.

    Apply a thin coat of our ‘Wood Wax’ and store in a dry place.

    DO NOT place in dishwasher or microwave.

    Avoid treating with vegetable or nut-based oil.
