Shipping
We charge a standard $10.00 shipping fee to anywhere in Australia, our products are generally heavy so shipping can be expensive, we have tried to make things easy and affordable. The more product you order the more you save on postage.
Our dispatch time for standard online products is 5 to 7 working days. Cutting Boards normally take up to 10 days. Products selected from our “One off range” will be dispatched within 48 hours. All our products are hand made so things take a little longer. Timeframes for custom orders will be quoted at time of enquiry.
Delivery time is dependent on your location. We mainly use Sendle but use Australia Post to more remote areas to speed up delivery times. Signatures may be required.
If you wish your parcel to be left unattended please note at time of order.
Larger orders will be delivered via courier.
Tracking is advised via email at time of dispatch.
